· You receive a confirmation email from us

We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking, depending on availability.

Rentals, Tours & Equipment Use
By renting equipment with Sicamous Adventures, you agree to:
a) Assumption of Risk
Snowmobiling and backcountry activities involve inherent risks.
By participating, you acknowledge these risks and assume responsibility for your own safety.
b) Safety Requirements
All riders must:
· Operate equipment responsibly
· Comply with all regional laws and regulations
c) Damage & Liability
You may be held financially responsible for:
· Damage to rental equipment
· Loss of equipment
· Misuse or negligent operation
Damage deposits are required for rentals.
Waiver Requirement
All guests participating in rentals, or boat tours must sign a Liability Waiver before the activity begins.
Failure to complete a waiver may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
Payments
Payment requirements may include:
· Deposit or full payment at time of booking
· A valid credit card for security or damage deposit
· Additional fees for late returns, damage, or policy violations
We accept the payment methods listed on our website.
Gift Cards, Vouchers & Promotions
All promotional offers, gift cards, and discount codes:
· Must be used before their listed expiration date
· Cannot be combined unless otherwise stated
· Hold no cash value

At Sicamous Adventures, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, changes, and rescheduling are handled for rentals, boat tours, and accommodations. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
General Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Policy (No Refunds)
All bookings are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled booking:
We strongly encourage clients to review their schedules carefully before booking.
Rescheduling Policy & Fees
Rescheduling Policy (No Refunds)
Refunds are not provided for any reason, including illness, injury, family emergencies, weather conditions, or highway closures. Sicamous Adventures is not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from travel or road conditions.
a) 72 Hours or More Before Reservation
• No refunds available
• One complimentary reschedule permitted to any available date
b) 48–72 Hours Before Reservation
• No refunds available
• Rescheduling permitted at no additional cost, subject to availability
c) Less Than 48 Hours Before Reservation
• No refunds available
• Rescheduling permitted subject to availability and will incur a last-minute rescheduling fee (amount to be 10% of booking price)
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your rental, boat tour, or accommodation without notice:
· The booking is considered a no-show
· No refund will be issued
· The reservation cannot be rescheduled
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may reduce your rental time.
No partial refunds are provided for late arrivals.
Equipment Issues & Breakdowns
If rental equipment becomes unsafe or unusable due to mechanical issues, we hold no responsibility to:
· Provide replacement equipment or
· Get customers/guests out of backcountry territory
· Offer refund
